Brand Consistency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own Final Quality: Review projects across all stages of production and post-production to ensure high technical standards across video, photography, motion graphics, and audio.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect Brand Integrity: Ensure all deliverables strictly align with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and client expectations.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain internal production standards to elevate team output over tim<strong>e. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who We Are Looking For<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Must-Have Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional portfolio showcasing previous work (including videos, photography, social media content, graphic design, and other creative projects). <strong>A portfolio must be submitted with the application.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, media production, or a related creative field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years of experience leading creative or production teams, or serving in a Lead Producer, Executive Producer, or similar leadership role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, including both production and post-production workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience collaborating directly with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to execute creative projects successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deep understanding of professional video production, photography, lighting, audio, and production planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of production scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empathetic Leader: Someone who leads with trust and accountability, and takes genuine pride in mentoring and growing team members.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative Translator: A clear communicator who effortlessly turns &#8220;client speak&#8221;
