We are looking for bilingual (Japanese\/English) talent who can drive digital marketing initiatives in close collaboration with internal teams, as well as analyze and report on campaign performance for key clients.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main Duties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Planning &amp; Executing Marketing Projects<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>End-to-end management of marketing initiatives, from strategy and planning to execution, performance measurement, and reporting<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing projects aligned with team and company objectives, including defining KPIs and evaluation metrics<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving key OKRs and strategic projects while managing progress<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing multiple concurrent projects to deliver impactful results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Business Process Improvement &amp;
