If you&#8217;re looking for an international company where your actions make a direct impact on a growing IT infrastructure, why not join us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main Duties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IT Infrastructure Planning, Building, and Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage IT infrastructure for our offices and logistics centers, enterprise Wi-Fi for over 200 users, and a security camera system with over 250 IP cameras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, build, and manage networks, servers, security, VoIP, and security camera systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and execute company-wide roadmaps and improvement plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to adjust system requirements to meet business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Internal IT Help Desk &amp; User Managemen<\/strong>t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide help desk support for PC setup, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, GPUs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage user account permissions (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.), user synchronization, and software distribution\/management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide and support secure remote access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Security &amp; Automation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement endpoint security, patch management, access control, and other security measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the integration of systems and automated account provisioning using tools like SCIM and SSO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote automation and efficiency in daily operational tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement automated account creation and deletion for new hires and departing employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who We Are Looking For<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Must-Have Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JLPT N1 or above (capable of technical and business-level conversations in Japanese)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with TCP\/IP, VLAN, VPN, and enterprise Wi-Fi design\/operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune, and Google Workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endpoint protection, patch management, and access control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SIP protocol, SIP trunking, SBCs, and DID number setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Ethernet cameras, NVRs, and remote video access setups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Familiarity with RDP, VNC, VPN, password managers, SSO, and SCIM provisioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic Linux server administration and Raspberry Pi usage experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to create automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT team management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience building hybrid cloud environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience developing disaster recovery (DR) and backup plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience supporting security certifications such as ISO 27001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teamwork &amp; Coordination: Professionals with experience working effectively on IT teams, adept at managing, reporting, and coordinating outstanding tasks and technical issues.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Generalist: Individuals with broad expertise across multiple systems, including Windows Server\/Active Directory, Google Workspace, enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP (SIP\/3CX), IP cameras, and endpoint management (Intune\/Group Policy).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security-Minded: Professionals skilled in identifying security threats, with proven ability in firewall configuration, intrusion prevention, account provisioning (SSO, SCIM), and endpoint protection.
