1. Professional In-House Language Lessons (English & Japanese)<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

As part of our employee benefits, ZenGroup offers English and Japanese lessons taught by professional instructors. Any team member who has been with the company for at least one month is welcome to join.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Fun & Casual: The Language Partner Program<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

For employees who prefer a more relaxed and friendly setting, our Language Partner Program is a popular choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

This program pairs employees who want to learn each other\u2019s native languages. You\u2019ll be matched with a partner for three months to practice together\u2014for example, teaching Japanese in exchange for learning Italian, Korean, or German.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because it\u2019s a mutual exchange, it offers a low-pressure way to improve while having fun.<\/span><\/p>\n
