We celebrated our 10th anniversary on April 1, 2024, with a commemoration party. At the celebration, speeches were given by our CEOs and employees. In our series of posts, we will introduce a speech from our third speaker Sugahara, Director of the Logistics Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the month of April, we celebrate the milestone of ZenGroup’s 10th anniversary. On this special day, I am very pleased to celebrate with all of our employees. Today, I would like to share a few words about my role overseeing the logistics center and ZenGroup.<\/p>\n

The Logistics Center department takes pride in contributing to the growth and development of cross-border e-commerce through daily efforts and passion. However, our success is not solely attributed to one factor. I believe it is the result of the passion and efforts of all our employees, along with the deep trust from our customers who support ZenGroup.<\/p>\n

Ten years ago, the logistics center started with the Suita Center. Since then, aiming to be the leading company in the cross-border e-commerce industry, we have walked with a relentless attitude towards daily efforts. ZenGroup’s vision was ambitious, and thus the challenges were significant. However, we never gave up. The ZenGroup team chose to face difficulties, overcome adversity, and consistently choose to keep growing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The world of logistics is by no means simple. Every day, our team carries not just products, but also the expectations and trust of our customers. We hold the responsibility to deliver and maintain satisfaction. Thinking about the joy of customers when they receive their products and the impact those products have on their lives, the importance of logistics work becomes even clearer. Therefore, ZenGroup believes that companies mastering logistics will master business. No matter how excellent a business model is, no matter how excellent the marketing is, if the logistics function does not move strategically, the future of that business is not bright.<\/p>\n

In that sense, if we were to compare operations to the human body, I believe the logistics center is not just the arms or legs, but certainly the core. Therefore, our mission is significant.<\/p>\n

That’s why we engage in the tasks we perform at work. While utilizing data, and steadily making improvements, within ZenGroup, the logistics center aims to fulfill its duty.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Behind ZenGroup’s success lies an attitude of constantly seeking improvement and providing innovative solutions. We always strive to adapt to the ever-changing market and meet the needs of our customers. However, success is not only measured by business performance. It is proof that we have grown as a team and moved towards our goals together.<\/p>\n

Our challenges will continue, but with determination and effort, everyone here believes that we can overcome any difficulty. And to build further success for the next 10 years, every member of ZenGroup’s team is essential.<\/p>\n

Finally, I sincerely thank all the customers, partners, and this wonderful team who have supported us throughout our 10-year journey. Looking ahead, I want to explore unseen horizons with all the Zen members here!<\/p>\n

The second speaker, Son Margarita, reflected on ZenGroup’s 10 years, while the third speaker, Sugahara Shin, spoke about ZenGroup’s growth and the importance of logistics in business.
