We celebrated our 10th anniversary on April 1, 2024, with a commemoration. At the celebration, speeches were given by our CEOs and employees. In our series of posts, we will introduce the fifth speech made by Misa Suzuki from the Public Relations Division.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

My name is Misa Suzuki, and I am the head of public relations at ZenGroup. I am proud that ZenGroup has reached its 10th anniversary and It is a great honor for me to speak on this special occasion.<\/p>\n

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, I recall the stories I heard from one of our CEOs, Mr. Surovyi. Several years after the founding of ZenGroup in the year 2017, they were considering investments from venture capitalists. During the meetings, the investors expressed that it was confusing to have 4 CEOs and would not invest unless ZenGroup narrowed down to one CEO. To not break the balance of our current system, the CEOs decided to give up on chasing venture capitalists investments.<\/p>\n

Another one of our CEOs, Mrs. Son said that \u201cIf we were to run the company together, all investments and compensation would be equal. I was very surprised by their ability to make that decision without hesitation.<\/p>\n

Moreover, I’ve heard numerous stories from our CEOs detailing ZenGroup’s journey through countless challenges and hardships. From tirelessly managing inquiries and handling product purchases from the crack of dawn until 8:00 PM, to carefully packaging and dispatching orders until the stroke of midnight during the early days of the company.<\/p>\n

Additionally, they navigated through crises such as the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Covid-19 pandemic. These stories have led me to realize that it’s through the dedication of our CEOs and the deep trust shared among all team members that we find ourselves standing where we are today.<\/p>\n

Once more, I extend my heartfelt admiration and respect.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

2\uff0eThe Increasing Expectations and Interest from the Public<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

I joined ZenGroup in March 2023, and last month, March, marked my first year here.<\/p>\n

Since I have joined, the number of times ZenGroup has been featured in the media has increased. I believe that this is evidence of the growing interest in ZenGroup.<\/p>\n

With changes in the market and the needs of companies diversifying we have also been making changes. Since November last year, we have started offering the ZenLink service, focusing on attracting more customers.<\/p>\n

In addition to providing individual solutions, we have also established the ZenOne system to comprehensively support ZenGroup’s overseas expansion, and we are preparing for further expansion of cross-border EC this year.<\/p>\n

Through the cooperation of each business, we aim to create an environment where amazing Japanese products reach overseas markets, making it easier for Japanese companies to challenge and sustain overseas expansion. I am excited about selling Japanese products abroad myself, and society has high expectations for us.<\/p>\n

I am just one employee and my efforts may seem small, but when each employee’s small efforts come together, our impact will surely become a big one. I am confident that we can become a better company and achieve greatness!<\/p>\n

Together with everyone at ZenGroup, I will continue to challenge myself more than ever before. Going forward, I am aiming for a workplace filled with even more smiles from colleagues<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The fourth speech by Hidaka talked about his experiences from when he joined the company eight years ago until now, while the fifth speech by Misa Suzuki detailed stories from the CEOs and employees of ZenGroup and the increased interest and expectations from the public.
