At ZenGroup, we want every employee to work in a way that best suits their lifestyle. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve introduced a flextime system, giving employees the freedom to manage their schedules while staying productive.<\/p>\n

This system applies to full-time and contract employees at our headquarters (after a one-month training period). Currently, around 80% of our HQ staff use flextime, tailoring their work hours to their own lives.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

How it works<\/h3><\/div>

  • Available working hours:<\/b> 6:00 AM\u20139:45 PM<\/li>\n
  • Required hours:<\/b> 8 hours of work + 1 hour of break (breaks can be split)<\/li>\n
  • Core time:<\/b> 10:00 AM\u201312:00 PM, 2:00 PM\u20134:00 PM (all employees must be at their desks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As long as these rules are met, you\u2019re free to work at your own pace.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    A Day in the Life: Early Bird Style\u2013Employee A<\/h2><\/div>

    \u201cI love working in a quiet office where I can concentrate,\u201d says Employee A.
    \nStarting work at 7:00 AM with a cup of coffee, A tackles the day\u2019s top priorities before most people arrive. By clocking out at 4:00 PM, A avoids the evening rush and enjoys extra time for hobbies and cooking elaborate dinners.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    \nAfter a relaxed breakfast, B arrives at the office around 10:00 AM, skipping the commuter rush. By splitting breaks and recharging during the afternoon, B stays focused until 7:30 PM before enjoying dinner nearby.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
