This June, our Human Resources team has been very busy, attending numerous career fairs in Osaka to connect with both Japanese and international talent. We participated in two different job fairs that you may already know; the Mainabi Job Fair and the Meet in Osaka Job Fair.

The Mainabi Tenshoku Fair directly targets working professionals in Japan seeking to advance their careers, regardless of the career path they want to pursue. There were a large number of participating companies and attendees and we got the chance to speak to over 40. In contrast, the Meet in Osaka Job Fair primarily focused on international students graduating from language or technical schools, who are eager to apply their academic knowledge into a career in Japan.

We enjoyed the opportunity to educate attendees about the dynamic cross-border e-commerce industry and the diverse career opportunities available at ZenGroup. Our operations are in E-commerce and internet, therefore we offer roles in digital marketing, web design, and digital media. Additionally, with all of our products being shipped internationally, we have divisions in logistics, data analytics, and multilingual customer support.
