April 1st is traditionally known for pranks and jokes, but for our team at ZenGroup, it holds a different significance. It’s the day we celebrate the founding of our company! This month marks an incredible milestone as we celebrate 10 years of operation. Our planning team organized a memorable event to celebrate this occasion at Miraiza, right next to the beautiful Osaka Castle. Over 107 of our team members joined in on the celebration, enjoying delicious food, refreshing drinks, and inspiring speeches from our CEOs and some of our longest-serving Zen members. Here’s to a decade of hard work, growth, and success!

April 1st, 2014, marked the start of our ambitious journey when our four CEOs, fresh from their studies at Japanese universities, set out to share Japan’s wonders with the world. Despite Japan contributing less than 3.1% of global e-commerce sales, from a modest office in Osaka, they began their vision to bring 20% of the world’s e-commerce sales to Japan. Our small but passionate team worked tirelessly, laying the groundwork for our mission.

Fast forward five years and our tight-knit group has evolved into a thriving community of 40 individuals, all united by a shared purpose and unwavering commitment to our mission. Together, we embraced each day’s challenges and uncertainties, navigating the twists and turns of the entrepreneurial journey with determination and resilience. We even upgraded our location by securing a warehouse in Suita City, Osaka, which also served as our headquarters.

To our remarkable team, loyal customers, and valued partners, thank you for being an important part of this extraordinary adventure. As we continue to grow, your continuous support and dedication to our mission will help drive our success, pushing us forward.
