History
はじまり
私たち創業メンバーは、もともと留学生として来日し、日本各地の大学で学んでいました。帰省のたびに家族や友人へ持ち帰っていた、日本ならではのお土産。そんな日々のちょっとした親切や喜びの共有が、やがて「この日本の商品を送ってほしい」という具体的なリクエストへと変わっていきました。身近な人々の願いに応えたいというその想いこそが、現在のZenGroupの原点です。
この経験を通じて、私たちは世界中で日本製品への高い需要があること、そして海外のユーザーが日本の商品を購入する際に直面する「言葉や配送の壁」に気づきました。これが、のちの「ZenMarket」の立ち上げへとつながります。 当初はウクライナとロシア市場に限定された小さなサービスでしたが、それから10年。現在、ZenGroupは世界170カ国以上へ日本の商品を届け、19言語に対応するグローバルなプラットフォームへと成長を遂げています。
