Every six months, employees receive a 360-degree performance review, gathering confidential feedback from colleagues, subordinates, and upper management. This detailed review helps employees recognize their strengths and develop a plan to improve weaker areas.

The first few weeks at a new workplace can be both exciting and challenging. We ensure a smooth transition with our onboarding system. In your first week, you’ll receive an office tour, an introduction to our culture, and hands-on training with the tools we use daily.

Mentoring Program
