What is the most enjoyable part of working at ZenGroup?

Because I am in the Purchasing Division, I get the unique opportunity to purchase a wide range of products beyond my personal reach. It’s fascinating to discover and learn about products I was previously unfamiliar with.

Would you recommend working at ZenGroup to your friends? Why?

I highly recommend ZenGroup to anyone looking for work. It’s rare to find a workplace where you can interact and enjoy working with people from various countries in Japan. It’s a truly unique and fulfilling experience.

Can you describe your work, including your team and colleagues?

Sure. The department I work in is called the Purchasing Department, which is divided into an auction team and a purchasing team. I am a member of the purchasing team, and we purchase items from Amazon, Yahoo Shopping, Rakuten, Rakuma, Mercari, and various other stores. I usually handle the end-user’s questions and requests, purchases from various stores, and message sales on Mercari and RakuMa.

Do you have any memorable experiences where your colleagues supported or cooperated with you?

In our Purchasing Section, we’re responsible for ticket handling, addressing various requests from end users daily. There were times when I faced challenging tasks, but I successfully completed them through the help and collaboration with my coworkers. The team atmosphere is positive and supportive, which allows me to feel relaxed.

When you think of ZenGroup, what word comes to mind?
