Message from CEO

The manner in which the LGBTQIA+ community is treated at the governmental level often serves as a barometer for the overall tolerance and health of a society. It is disheartening to acknowledge that discrimination against the LGBTQIA+ community and other minorities continues to persist in many parts of the world.

While we may not have the power to change laws globally or transform societies overnight, what we can do—and what we are committed to doing—is fostering an inclusive environment here at ZenGroup. We believe in creating a workspace where everyone is valued for their talents and contributions, irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity, or nationality.

This isn’t just a company policy; it’s a reflection of our core values.
