What were you doing before joining ZenGroup?

Before ZenGroup, I was doing font desk work at a hotel.

Why did you decide to apply to ZenGroup?

Loads of reasons, really. I had never worked in e-commerce before, so ZenGroup looked like a sweet chance to level up in this industry. Plus, getting into Customer Support seemed like the perfect opportunity to use my language skills and assist customers. In addition, the whole multicultural vibe and the chances for personal growth drew me in.

How would you describe the workplace environment at ZenGroup?

ZenGroup’s work scene is comfortable and embraces diversity. We’re big on open chats, teamwork, and throwing ideas around.

Which part of your personality do you think fits well with ZenGroup?

I’d say my knack for languages and helping customers navigate any hurdle, be it language or geography, fits right in with ZenGroup’s goal to make Ecommerce borderless.

What is the most enjoyable part of working at ZenGroup?

I like brainstorming ways to solve our customers’ problems and giving them positive solutions.

Would you recommend working at ZenGroup to your friends? Why?

Absolutely! I’d recommend my friends to work here at ZenGroup. The work-life balance here is a positive for everyone.

Can you describe your work, including your team and colleagues?

As a team leader, I manage my team, tackling goals that fuel our projects. Think troubleshooting, keeping the team on point, and making sure we’re all in sync. My role’s all about using my skills to back up my colleagues, but I also learn from them. It’s a dynamic scene, with chat flowing and respect all around.

Do you have any memorable experiences where your colleagues supported or cooperated with you?

Oh, we once faced this epic challenge that could’ve taken ages to solo. I Couldn’t do it alone, so having a team by my side to brainstorm and hustle towards a win was great.

When you think of ZenGroup, what word comes to mind?

Teamwork, growth, and borderless.

What do you think is the appeal of ZenGroup?

ZenGroup’s has a open atmosphere, international flavor, and growth perks.. It’s a place where you can definitely feel comfortable personally and grow professionally.

I think there are a lot of perks! Flexible hours are great for balancing work and life. And the company allows foreign residents far from home, extended vacations. Plus, as a woman, I’ve had room to shine, with the company recognizing and rewarding everyone’s strengths.
