At ZenGroup, we operate a wide range of services centered on cross-border e-commerce (EC). Our services are not only for overseas customers, but also for Japanese companies who want to sell abroad but are unsure of how to begin. We help solve these challenges and support our client’s expansion into global markets.
This time, we’ll be talking about an event we participated in as part of our efforts to introduce our services to Japanese companies.
ZenLink × COLOR ME Shop Collaboration Event
At the end of August, we collaborated with COLOR ME Shop, one of Japan’s largest EC platform providers, to exhibit at Store & EC DXPO 2025 (Tokyo Big Sight). The collaboration was made possible because newly created EC sites with COLOR ME Shop now automatically display the ZenLink banner by default. The exhibition featured around 450 companies, with nearly 300 visitors stopping by the ZenLink booth, and we were able to collect close to 200 surveys.
E-commerce events allow us to connect directly with customers and listen to their challenges with cross-border e-commerce firsthand. These conversations spark new ideas used to improve upon the current services we offer and give us the chance to introduce other ZenGroup services. A common reaction we hear is: “I can’t believe cross-border EC can be this simple!”
The idea that just placing a banner can open up global sales channels has surprised many companies, helping them see new possibilities.
Moreover, these events are not just about meeting customers — they also create unexpected encounters with potential partner companies. Building relationships with supportive partners often leads to new projects and solutions. It truly is a sales environment where words of appreciation are exchanged frequently. If you are interested in learning more about cross-border e-commerce and our services come stop by our booths at one of the events below.

How ZenLink Works
So what is ZenLink, the service that’s been called “easy”?
ZenLink is another service we offer that helps companies in Japan sell their products overseas by simply placing a “banner” on their existing website.
When an overseas customer clicks the banner and makes a purchase, all the company needs to do is ship the product to ZenGroup’s logistics center. ZenGroup handles all communication and shipping arrangements with the overseas customer. This eliminates problems such as language barriers or international shipping, making it easy to expand business worldwide.

Thanks to its reliability and simplicity, ZenLink has already been well-received by many companies. However, as the service is still in its early stages, our sales team is actively participating in various events to further raise awareness. Many of these events take place in the spring and summer, with exhibitions across Osaka, Tokyo, and even Kyushu.
At the end of August, ZenLink participated in one of our biggest events of this year!
Upcoming Events
- October 1–3: Fashion Tokyo (one of Japan’s largest events, with eBay and Amazon also participating)
- October 21–22: Reuse Tech (ZenGroup exhibiting, with our CEO Surovyi Viacheslav as a featured speaker)
*Scheduled to take place in February: ZenGroup will host its own in-house event
A Message from the ZenLink Sales Team
Both the ZenLink domestic sales team and ZenGroup’s overall sales force are in a growth phase. Having only begun full-scale activities in the last few years, we are now entering a stage of building for greater expansion within the tech industry.
Whether it’s engaging directly with customers at events, or supporting new business opportunities with our services, the sales style here is not confined to a fixed mold. You’ll find plenty of freedom to take on new challenges.
