Before joining ZenGroup, I worked at an advertising agency, collaborating with a wide range of companies.

— Can you tell us about your specific duties in your department and what you find rewarding?
I belong to the ZenMarket Domestic Sales Team. Specifically, my role involves reaching out to Japanese domestic companies to open shops on our cross-border E-commerce platform, as well as holding seminars to expand awareness of cross-border E-commerce
I find it really exciting and rewarding to support clients as they take on the challenge of expanding globally and decide to start cross-border EC.

— What is the team atmosphere like? Do you have any stories of cooperating with colleagues?
Collaborating with other departments is just part of our everyday routine. What I love most about ZenGroup is how open our communication is, regardless of which team you’re on.
My most memorable moment was when we hosted a large-scale sales event. Even though it was our team’s project, colleagues from entirely different departments voluntarily stepped in to help out. Thanks to everyone’s support, the event was a massive success.
Having great teammates who can break down departmental silos and celebrate a shared goal together is what keeps me motivated every day!

For me, it’s the flex-time system.
Sales schedules fluctuate depending on appointments with our clients. Having flex-time allows me to manage my schedule effectively and work highly efficiently, which is incredibly helpful.
Additionally, our company events are very active, and being able to communicate with everyone across the entire company is a major benefit.
