What were you doing before joining ZenGroup?

I was working in the hospitality industry, more specifically I was providing customer service at a hotel.

Why did you decide to apply to ZenGroup?

I had to quit my job in the hotel industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and then I found work as a warehouse worker. While working there, I developed an interest in logistics and e-commerce, so when I found ZenGroup, I decided to apply.

How would you describe the workplace environment at ZenGroup?

Overall, I would say the workplace here is cheerful and enjoyable, with a great sense of freedom and positive energy all around.

Which part of your personality do you think fits well with ZenGroup?

I enjoy communicating with various people, so I think that aspect of me aligns well with ZenGroup.

What is the most enjoyable part of working at ZenGroup?

I enjoy the packing work her at the logistics center, and successfully completing challenging packaging tasks brings a rewarding sense of accomplishment.

Would you recommend working at ZenGroup to your friends? Why?

Yes. It’s a wonderful company that promotes Japanese culture to the world.

Can you describe your work, including your team and colleagues?

I belong to the packing team and manage products and staff members.

Do you have any memorable experiences where your colleagues supported or cooperated with you?

Although I’m usually delegating tasks to other staff members, there are times when I face difficulties. In those moments, it’s uplifting when my colleagues offer assistance or say, “Is there anything I can do for you?” This helps me build a deep sense of trust within my team.

When you think of ZenGroup, what word comes to mind?

Definitely the word “Borderless”.

What do you think is the appeal of ZenGroup?

ZenGroup is an unique company that offers various services and business activities aimed at international customers.

Are there any unique benefits, growth opportunities, or work-life balance initiatives at ZenGroup that you find attractive?

Having a lot of paid time off is something that stands out to me. If I don’t take my vacation days, my supervisor encourages me to take some time off, so I feel like there’s a strong commitment to work-life balance here.
