In February, our Human Resources team had the wonderful opportunity to participate in Mynavi’s career fair! We met with a large number of both Japanese and international attendees—many of whom were not yet familiar with the services we offer at ZenGroup. At our booth, we engaged in casual yet informative conversations with each visitor, introducing them to ZenGroup, the cross-border e-commerce industry, and the exciting growth potential it holds.

In addition to operating a popular job search platform, Mynavi regularly hosts career fairs throughout Japan to support professional talent in their job-hunting journey.
On February 15th, ZenGroup had the opportunity to participate in one of Mynavi’s career fairs. It was a fantastic chance for us to connect directly with job seekers, introduce our services, and share what it’s like to work at an international company in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
At the Event
On the day of the event, there were as many as 149 companies participating, and over 1,600 job seekers in attendance. A total of four human resources employees (two from hiring and two from planning) joined the event to represent ZenGroup and introduce our culture, mission, and open positions. We were thrilled to speak with more than 50 working professionals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom expressed genuine interest in cross-border e-commerce and our growing global team.
Events like these give us the opportunity to connect directly with talented individuals who may not be familiar with the cross-border e-commerce industry or the services we provide. It also gives working professionals a great chance to meet the hiring staff of different companies and get a deeper understanding of a company’s culture, mission, and values.
