History
Early Beginnings
Originally, ZenGrop’s founders came to Japan for education and attended different universities throughout the island. When returning home to visit family, they brought back unique Japanese souvenirs for family and friends. Soon, their friendly gestures grew into requests to send products back home.
Recognizing the demand for Japanese products internationally and the barriers customers faced when trying to buy products from Japan led to the start of ZenMarket. Initially, our service was limited to the Ukraine and Russian markets. Fast forward a decade later, and ZenGroup is now sending Japanese products to over 170 countries and offering services in 19 languages.
