Our Human Resources team had the pleasure of participating in Meet In Osaka held earlier this month on December 14th! Along with gaining the opportunity to spread awareness about our company and the cross border Ecommerce industry, we encountered a lot of international talent and could feel their enthusiasm towards working in Japan. Meet in Osaka is a job fair hosted by the Osaka prefecture government. It serves as a platform connecting international students and individuals with diverse backgrounds to companies in Osaka. Each year, it attracts numerous businesses and job seekers seeking to find international talent. This month, we were delighted to take part in this meaningful event once again.

This year, 42 companies participated, each hosting their own booths to interact with job seekers. Our booth welcomed 38 visitors, providing us with the opportunity to share details about the Ecommerce industry, ZenGroup’s mission, and available positions. We were thrilled to engage directly with all participants and were impressed by their enthusiastic questions and attitudes towards working in Japan.

One unique aspect of this event was the diversity of the participants. Not only did we meet international students, but we also had the chance to interact with professionals who had built their careers before pursuing studies in Japan.

We were also impressed to see participants with strong language skills and enthusiasm towards working in Japan. Attending Meet in Osaka gave us promising encounters that could potentially lead to future team members.

In addition, we felt that this event significantly enhanced our company’s visibility. It was an invaluable opportunity to hear directly from attendees, including those who had just learned about us for the first time and those eager to learn more in depth about our company.

Events like Meet In Osaka are not only a chance for companies and job seekers to connect directly but also a fantastic opportunity to showcase what makes our company unique. In the future, we are eager to participate in more events and continue spreading the word about our company to more people.
