Learning Through Connection, Language Lessons & Exchange Programs
At ZenGroup’s head office, we have team members from all over the world.
Just walking through the office, you’ll hear a variety of languages being spoken.
Why not take advantage of this multicultural environment to improve your language skills?
To support employee growth, we offer several programs designed to foster connection and create opportunities for learning.
1. Professional In-House Language Lessons (English & Japanese)
As part of our employee benefits, ZenGroup offers English and Japanese lessons taught by professional instructors. Any team member who has been with the company for at least one month is welcome to join.
The goal of these lessons is not just to earn certifications—we are committed to making internal communication smoother and more effective.

Finding the Perfect Class for You
We offer classes based on proficiency level, so there’s no need to worry about where to start. Before joining, employees have an interview with an instructor to determine the best class based on their skills and goals.
From preparation for standardized exams to basic conversational classes, we provide a range of options to make learning accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
2. Fun & Casual: The Language Partner Program

For employees who prefer a more relaxed and friendly setting, our Language Partner Program is a popular choice.
This program pairs employees who want to learn each other’s native languages. You’ll be matched with a partner for three months to practice together—for example, teaching Japanese in exchange for learning Italian, Korean, or German.
Because it’s a mutual exchange, it offers a low-pressure way to improve while having fun.
It’s also a great opportunity to build connections outside your department, refresh your mind during breaks, and expand your internal network.
Wrap up
At ZenGroup, language support goes beyond textbooks—it’s about growing together and enjoying the process with your colleagues.
