Must-Have Skills

Leadership Experience: Experience managing or leading a team
Basic PC Skills: Proficiency in standard office software
Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience (Open to any industry or role)

Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Experience in process improvement (e.g., utilization of automation or AI tools)
Experience in performance evaluation and conducting feedback for subordinates

Must-Have Skills

Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience (Open to any industry or role)
Basic PC Skills: Ability to input data accurately and navigate essential software
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with surrounding team members to drive tasks forward
Execution: Ability to complete tasks both accurately and at a fast pace

Preferred Skills

Experience in the logistics industry or warehouse operations (Any number of years)
Experience participating in “Kaizen” (continuous improvement) activities on-site
Experience leading, training, or managing part-time staff
Certifications such as Forklift Operator, Warehouse Management Supervisor, or Certified Packaging Professional.

Experience leading, training, or managing part-time staff.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
