The highly anticipated 2nd ZenGroup Company Information Session is here!
This event will be held in two sessions: Japanese in the morning and English in the afternoon.

Our theme this time is the very core of our identity: “DIVERSITY.”

At ZenGroup, diversity goes far beyond having members from over 30 different countries. We are proud two-time recipients of the “PRIDE Index Gold” award for our LGBTQ+ initiatives. We also foster a culture where work-life balance is deeply rooted, supporting our many team members who are raising the next generation.

Design Team Leader

Megan

Joined in May 2022. After working as a Web Designer/Coder at a production agency, they now lead the ZenStudio Design Team, managing Web and graphic projects while still lending their creative touch to design and illustration. As the leader of the company’s “PRIDE Club,” they play a pivotal role in organizing events and securing the “PRIDE Index” certification to ensure a safe, inclusive workplace for all LGBTQ+ employees. Their goal is to grow ZenStudio into Kansai’s leading multilingual creative agency, sharing the best of Japan with the world. Outside of work, they are a passionate gamer and cosplayer, bringing creativity to everything they do.

Yin Chi

I joined ZenGroup in July 2021! Before this, I was busy helping a Japanese food brand go global—handling everything from marketing and store design to training teams on the ground. Now, I’m using that international experience to lead our SEO strategies and SNS for the English-speaking market. My daily mission is to boost traffic by optimizing our Shopify store and creating content that hits the latest trends. While balancing work and life as a mom, I’m always striving to grow both personally and professionally. When I’m off the clock, I love playing music. Lately, I’ve also become a huge Tomica fan, thanks to my 2-year-old son!

Joined ZenGroup in the summer of 2025! With a unique background in opera production and university public relations, I use my organizational skills as a key production coordinator. I handle everything from shoot preparations and on-site support to intellectual property checks.
Since joining, I’ve focused on organizing our studio environment and automating workflows to boost team efficiency. Off the clock, I enjoy knitting socks and baking chiffon cakes—balancing delicate craftsmanship with dynamic creativity as a production pro!

Joined in October 2024. Transitioning from a career in international sales, she now oversees recruitment, onboarding, and internal training. Her mission is to ensure every new member feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential from day one.
She is passionate about creating robust development programs for our diverse team. An avid traveler, she loves getting “local-only” travel tips from our colleagues representing over 30 countries. With her proactive energy, she is a dedicated supporter of both our people and our culture.

現在のミッションは、これまでの常識を覆す「ZenGroup独自の輸送ルート構築」です。既存の枠組みでは発送が難しい商品も、自らの手で新たな道を作ることで世界中へ届ける——。越境EC業界でも類を見ないこの挑戦を成功させ、業界初のモデルケースを作ることを目標に掲げています。
「鬼滅の刃」と「ポケモン」をこよなく愛し、ポケモンの30周年を全力でお祝い中。ロジスティクスの常識に立ち向かう、熱い情熱を持った「輸送の開拓者」です。

2021年2月入社。前職のメーカーでは、現場と顧客を繋ぐ生産管理に従事。「日本の技術を世界へ」という志を胸に、未経験で人事の世界へ飛び込みました。現在は定期評価の運用や社員の相談対応をメインに、ZGらしい組織づくりと労務管理に奔走しています。
「人事のプロとしてIPO達成に貢献すること」を目標に掲げる傍ら、多言語が飛び交う社内環境を誰よりも楽しんでいる一人。今年はスペイン語習得に励んでおり、いつか「独自の人工言語（Zen語）」を創るという密かな野望も。休日は大阪城公園での読書が癒やし。専門性と遊び心を併せ持ち、社員一人ひとりが自分らしく働ける環境を一緒に作ってくれる、頼れる相談役です。

2024年5月入社。国際商業展示会のオーガナイザーを経て、フリーランスとしてZenGroupへ参画。当初の実務中心の役割から、現在はフランス市場における戦略立案やプロジェクト全体のコーディネートへと、その領域を広げており、具体的には、フランス市場向けのマーケティング全般を担当。キャンペーン立案や広告運用、SNS管理、インフルエンサーマーケティングまで、現地のニーズを捉えた多角的な施策を展開しています。今後は複数市場を跨ぐ戦略推進や、チーム開発・育成にも携わることが目標です。オフの時間は、ヒップホップなどのダンスやかぎ針編み、料理を楽しんでいます。

2023年3月入社。音楽業界の経理を経てZenGroupへ。現在は、仕訳や支払業務に加え、海外インフルエンサーへの報酬支払いなど、グローバルな事業成長を支えるバックオフィス業務を担当しています。
目標は、経理の枠を超え、労務や法務の知識も備えた「多面的な視点を持つゼネラリスト」になること。前職での幅広い事務経験を活かし、制度や体系まで深く理解することで、様々な場面で柔軟に機転を利かせられる存在を目指しています。オフの時間は、AIに指示を出してコードを書かせる「バイブコーディング」でのゲーム開発に没頭。
