We are currently looking for a new member to join our Data Analysis Team, which handles data processing, organization, and automation related to product exports. This position has opened due to a vacancy.
The main responsibility will be to support business process improvement through the analysis of logistics data and its integration into our systems. As our e-commerce business continues to grow rapidly, the volume of data we manage is also increasing significantly.
This team plays a critical role in technically supporting our core export operations, and your contribution will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of the entire business. We are seeking someone who can leverage data and logical thinking to accelerate the company’s growth.
Main Duties
- Logistics Data Analysis & Utilization
Organize and process large volumes of logistics and export data.
Create analysis reports and dashboards to identify business challenges and propose process improvements. - Data Infrastructure Development & Maintenance
Research and manage HS codes and classification systems required for export.
Explore efficient solutions by incorporating new technologies (e.g., Generative AI). - Cross-Department Collaboration & Research
Work closely with the logistics department to understand on-site challenges and needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the site’s search functionality.
Research international regulations and tools, integrating relevant updates into operations.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (basic functions such as VLOOKUP).
- Experience automating tasks or writing scripts using Python, VBA, Apps Script, or JavaScript.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating external services via Web APIs (e.g., REST API).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
- English reading proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) to understand manuals and API documentation.
Personality
- Strong motivation for self-growth and skill development.
- Ability to logically organize issues, understand background and objectives, and respond appropriately.
