We are pleased to announce that we have been certified for the first time as an excellent health management corporation in 2024 amongst small and medium-sized companies. We were selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference this month.

This is a system created by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to commend small to large corporations that are practicing health management, and are implementing initiatives tailored to health issues and health promotion standards made by the Japan Health Conference.

The goal is to create a structure where corporations that are excellent in promoting health management are visible and socially evaluated as corporations that consider employee health management and strategically tackle mental and physical health related issues.

We believe that supporting the health management of each employee will lead to the revitalization of an organization, such as boosting the energy of employees and improving productivity, which will ultimately contribute to improving the performance of a company and enhancing its value. To manage our Employee’s health effectively, we are implementing the following initiatives listed below.

• Covering the cost for optional examinations such as gynecological examinations and cancer screening in addition to regular health check-ups for all employees
• Providing health-related information to all employees at least once a month
• Covering the cost of influenza vaccinations
• Providing complimentary beverages in our head office and warehouses
• Holding sporting events such as softball, bowling, and ice skating

• Implementation of stress checks
• Promotion of industrial physician and industrial nurse interviews

• Holding various events for employees such as company outings and game tournaments.
