“A Workplace Where You Can Be Yourself”—Introducing the ZenGroup PRIDE Club
What is the PRIDE Club at ZenGroup?
At ZenGroup, we have an internal community called the PRIDE Club, where LGBTQ+ members and allies can connect comfortably and safely. The club was created as part of our effort to build a workplace where every employee can feel comfortable being themselves.It also serves as a core initiative supporting our company-wide DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) efforts.
The PRIDE Club is open not only to those who identify as LGBTQ+, but also to anyone, wants to learn, or wishes to show support for the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone is welcome!
From Policy to Practice—Building a Culture of Action
The PRIDE Club provides a space where LGBTQ+ employees and allies can interact without the need to come out or disclose personal identity. Beyond creating a safe space, the club actively participates in initiatives that help build an inclusive workplace.
Examples of recent activities include:
- LGBTQ+ inclusion and awareness training
- Distributing ally support stickers
- Participating in the Rainbow Parade
- Club movie night and community discussions
Thanks to these ongoing efforts, ZenGroup received a Gold Rating in the PRIDE Index 2024 — a recognition given to organizations that demonstrate meaningful support through policies, culture, and implementation, rather than symbolic gestures alone.
Participating in the Rainbow Parade in October
In October of this year, members of the PRIDE Club attended the Rainbow Parade. Despite the heavy rain, the event was filled with energy and positivity. Many participants from different communities and organizations walked together with pride, creating a heartwarming atmosphere. ZenGroup members joined the march holding colorful flags and walking side by side with others in support of LGBTQ+ rights.
