To further improve the services offered to our overseas customers,
we want to invest in our workforce and improve their English language skills. To accomplish this goal, we are looking for a passionate English teacher to bring creativity, fun, and originality to their lessons to help our employees develop and refine their English skills.
You will be in charge of creating lessons, and selecting the appropriate curriculum for your students.
Main Duties
- Manage the classroom experience end to end, including curriculum design and lesson planning aligned with defined learning objectives.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ levels and progress.
- Handle essential administrative tasks, such as tracking student attendance, maintaining student lists, and managing changes including class enrollment, withdrawals, and level adjustments.
- Prepare and organize supplementary teaching materials, including handouts, worksheets, and other classroom resources, to support effective learning.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Native level English
- 1 year or more of professional experience teaching English to Japanese students
- Professional business experience in English-speaking countries
Preferred Skills
- 3 years or more of professional experience teaching English to Japanese students
- Experience teaching English online
- Japanese communication skills
Personality
- An individual who is flexible and can adapt easily to their surrounding environment.
- Someone who can adjust to each student’s English level, and devise effective teaching methods.
- An individual who has experience being around various cultures, and will not hold bias towards students.

Selection Process
The interview – HR Planning Team (30 mins,in-person), Mock English Lesson (You will conduct two mock lessons at beginner and intermediate levels. Each lesson is expected to be approximately 10 minutes.)
