Main Duties

Creative Leadership & Strategy

• Drive Original Concepts: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop compelling concepts, visual treatments, and storytelling approaches from the ground up.
  
• Unify Creative Visions: Guide directors, cinematographers, editors, and designers to ensure a cohesive look, feel, and narrative across all projects.
  
• Uphold Visual Excellence: Oversee the creative direction to ensure every output meets high artistic standards and delivers impactful visual storytelling.

Operational Excellence & Production Management

• Manage End-to-End Workflows: Build and oversee efficient production schedules, delivery plans, filming logistics, and review cycles.
  
• Balance Multiple Priorities: Successfully manage resource allocation and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
  
• Drive Efficiency & Delivery: Keep productions moving smoothly to hit deadlines and stay within budget without compromising quality.
  
• Optimize Systems: Continuously identify opportunities to refine production and post-production workflows for maximum operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency

• Own Final Quality: Review projects across all stages of production and post-production to ensure high technical standards across video, photography, motion graphics, and audio.
  
• Protect Brand Integrity: Ensure all deliverables strictly align with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and client expectations.
  
• Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain internal production standards to elevate team output over time.

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Professional portfolio showcasing previous work (including videos, photography, social media content, graphic design, and other creative projects). A portfolio must be submitted with the application.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, media production, or a related creative field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading creative or production teams, or serving in a Lead Producer, Executive Producer, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, including both production and post-production workflows.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to execute creative projects successfully.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of professional video production, photography, lighting, audio, and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Working Hours	Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break) Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day. *Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months).

Salary	Based on previous experience and ability ・Bonus: twice a year (June and December) ・Salary evaluation: once a year ・3-month probationary period (Salary same as above) ・If the required period of employment is not met, the employee will not be eligible for their initial bonus.

Regarding Paid Vacation	26 days of paid leave are provided from the first year, with the number increasing annually. In 2025, the paid leave usage rate exceeded 80%.
