Main Duties

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Practical experience in corporate client communication, account management, or customer relationship management
  
• Professional experience in a creative industry, such as web, design, video production, advertising, or marketing
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and schedules simultaneously
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning new concepts and taking initiative
  
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English skills sufficient for effective internal communication

Preferred Skills

• Professional experience at a production company, advertising agency, creative agency, or similar environment
  
• Experience managing creative projects as a Director, Project Manager, or equivalent, including web production/redesign, video, social media, branding, or related initiatives
  
• Experience developing client proposals, presenting solutions, and overseeing the quality of project deliverables
  
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Backlog) and a basic understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress
  
• Experience collaborating with multinational teams or contributing to international or cross-border projects

Reason for hire	Staff expansion
Working Hours	Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break) Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day. *Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months).
Work Location	Osaka Sakaisuji L Tower, 1 Chome-7-7 Kawaramachi, Chuo, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan *On-site
Access	Osaka Metro Chuo Line Sakaisuji Honmachi Station 6 mins
Salary	(Based on previous experience and ability) Bonus: Twice a year (June and December) Salary evaluation: Once a year 3 Month probationary period (salary same as above) ・If the required period of employment is not met, the employee will not be eligible for their initial bonus.
Other Allowances	・Overtime (paid by minute) ・Transportation allowance (Up to ¥30,000/month)

Regarding Paid Vacation	26 days of paid leave are provided from the first year, with the number increasing annually. In 2025, the paid leave usage rate exceeded 80%.

*Travel Reimbursement up to ¥27,000 available for applicants outside the Kansai region
