As an e-commerce company, our business relies on secure IT infrastructure, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

Main Duties
IT Infrastructure Planning, Building, and Operations
- Manage IT infrastructure for our offices and logistics centers, enterprise Wi-Fi for over 200 users, and a security camera system with over 250 IP cameras
- Design, build, and manage networks, servers, security, VoIP, and security camera systems
- Create and execute company-wide roadmaps and improvement plans
- Collaborate with other departments to adjust system requirements to meet business needs
Internal IT Help Desk & User Management
- Provide help desk support for PC setup, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, GPUs, etc.)
- Manage user account permissions (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.), user synchronization, and software distribution/management
- Provide and support secure remote access
Security & Automation
- Implement endpoint security, patch management, access control, and other security measures
- Drive the integration of systems and automated account provisioning using tools like SCIM and SSO.
- Promote automation and efficiency in daily operational tasks
- Implement automated account creation and deletion for new hires and departing employees
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- JLPT N1 or above (capable of technical and business-level conversations in Japanese)
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and enterprise Wi-Fi design/operations
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune, and Google Workspace
- Endpoint protection, patch management, and access control
- Knowledge of SIP protocol, SIP trunking, SBCs, and DID number setup
- Experience with Ethernet cameras, NVRs, and remote video access setups
- Familiarity with RDP, VNC, VPN, password managers, SSO, and SCIM provisioning
- Basic Linux server administration and Raspberry Pi usage experience
Preferred Skills
- Ability to create automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible
- IT team management
- Experience building hybrid cloud environments
- Experience developing disaster recovery (DR) and backup plans
- Experience supporting security certifications such as ISO 27001

- Teamwork & Coordination: Professionals with experience working effectively on IT teams, adept at managing, reporting, and coordinating outstanding tasks and technical issues.
- Technical Generalist: Individuals with broad expertise across multiple systems, including Windows Server/Active Directory, Google Workspace, enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP (SIP/3CX), IP cameras, and endpoint management (Intune/Group Policy).
- Security-Minded: Professionals skilled in identifying security threats, with proven ability in firewall configuration, intrusion prevention, account provisioning (SSO, SCIM), and endpoint protection. Must have a strong mindset for risk management and compliance.
- Automation-Oriented: Individuals familiar with writing scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall IT efficiency.
- Self-Directed: Candidates who are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and proactively identifying and solving problems without constant supervision.
