We are looking for a digital marketing professional with experience targeting Traditional Chinese-speaking regions (e.g., Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau). If you are based in Japan and ready to take on new challenges in a global environment, we would love to hear from you.
Main Duties
- PPC Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Influencer Marketing (sponsorships, collaborations, product partnerships, etc.)
- Content Marketing (SEO, organic growth strategies, etc.)
- Email Marketing (newsletters, automated campaigns, CRM tools, etc.)
- Other Digital Marketing Initiatives (localization, remarketing, etc.)
- Data Analysis (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Competitor Analysis (market research, benchmarking, case study reporting, etc.)
- Media and Trend Research (industry trends, consumer behavior, market insights, etc.)
- Marketing Report Creation
- Marketing Proposal Development
- Client Meeting Participation (campaign reporting and minute minutes preparation)
- Customer Support via Messaging Tools (e.g., chat, email)
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Native proficiency in Traditional Chinese
- 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing (Specifically in the area of PPC)
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 850 or higher) *Submission not required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in other digital marketing areas (SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, social media, etc.)
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting the Taiwan market
- Experience in web or visual content creation/editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, basic HTML/CSS, copywriting)
- Practical experience in data analysis (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, GA4)
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 level or higher)
- Experience using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)

ZenGroup is an e-commerce company based in Osaka, Japan, with over 400 active employees across our headquarters and logistics centers. With a diverse workforce representing more than 34 nationalities, we support the international market in purchasing products from Japan and help Japanese companies sell their products overseas.

- ZenStudio: A creative agency specializing in web design and video production, supporting businesses entering digital media or enhancing their e-commerce presence to meet modern trends.
Today, our platform has over 2 million registered users, is available in 19 languages, and serves customers in over 181 countries across six continents—delivering Japanese products to the world.
