The ZenPromo Division provides end-to-end support for international expansion, from social media and ad operations to influencer marketing, helping clients maximize their sales. The business is currently in a growth phase. We are focusing on acquiring new projects and are looking for new members who can help elevate the organization to the next stage. With your skills, help increase the number of fans of Japanese products around the world.
Main Duties
You will propose optimal marketing initiatives and develop new clients for companies facing challenges in expanding cross-border e-commerce sales and promoting to inbound foreign visitors to Japan.
- Strategy Planning & Proposals: Build the most suitable plans from a wide range of solutions, including social media management, web advertising, landing page creation, and influencer marketing.
- Lead Generation to Closing: Leverage your experience and network to handle the entire sales process, from creating business opportunities to closing deals.
- Partner Alliances: Acquire referral projects through collaboration with partners such as regional banks.
- Marketing Activities: Create new business connections by participating in exhibitions and events.
- External Coordination: Direct and collaborate with advertising agencies after orders are received.
Sales tyle
- Approach: Meetings may be conducted both online and in person. More than half of the leads come through internal and external referrals.
- Business Trips: Domestic travel may be required depending on proposal content and project needs. Depending on the partner, frequent monthly business trips may occur.
- Structure: Activities are primarily carried out independently. This environment offers significant autonomy and allows you to fully utilize your past sales experience and resources.
Clients
Clients range from publicly listed companies to small and medium-sized enterprises that require attracting overseas customers (cross-border e-commerce businesses, retailers, manufacturers, inbound-related companies, local governments, etc.).
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Sales experience at an advertising agency (2 years or more)
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 850 or higher) *Score submission not required
Preferred Skills
- Experience as an account planner
