Main Duties
- Editing both long-form & short-form media
- Creating & animating custom motion graphics
- Editing promotional videos for client-based work
- Audio editing for podcasts and other high-quality videos.
- General media management & server organization.
- Understanding and creating content suitable for various social media platforms.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- Creating motion graphics and animations as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in video production/content creation in a professional setting
- Professional portfolio (including videos, photos, social media, graphics, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC score over 800 if non-native)
- Video editing skills
- Extensive knowledge of color grading and log profiles.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Davinci (or similar software)
- After Effects/Fusion Proficiency (or similar software).
- Motion graphics and animation
Preferred Skills
- Management experience
- Experience working in a production team workflow with knowledge of best practices
- Japanese level N3 or better
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms.

- Effective Communicator: A person who can clearly express their vision, ideas, and opinions to collaborate effectively within an international team.
