Demand for our ZenPromo business is rapidly increasing, and we need someone who can engage in account planning work aimed at solving the challenges of existing clients and expanding their business. Furthermore, we anticipate further expansion of our service scope and an increase in clients in the future.
Main Duties
- Organizing client business challenges and KPIs, and developing marketing strategies
- Designing operational policies and proposing/adjusting budget allocation for overseas advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Planning and proposing promotional measures for cross-border e-commerce and inbound tourists
- Daily communication, reporting, and improvement suggestions
- Directing the execution of measures in collaboration with the internal operations team and creative team
- Promoting PDCA based on data analysis (improvement of CV, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- You will leverage your experience and knowledge as an account planner in the digital marketing field to commit to maximizing client sales.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Sales experience in digital advertising operations at an advertising agency (2+ years)
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 850 or higher)
Preferred Skills
- Experience as an account planner for existing clients (upselling, cross-selling, churn prevention)
- Enterprise experience
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce
- Experience in inbound promotion

ZenGroup is an e-commerce company based in Osaka, Japan, with over 400 active employees across our headquarters and logistics centers. With a diverse workforce representing more than 34 nationalities, we support the international market in purchasing products from Japan and help Japanese companies sell their products overseas.

Today, our platform has over 2 million registered users, is available in 19 languages, and serves customers in over 181 countries across six continents—delivering Japanese products to the world.
